Centre LifeLink Paramedic Completes Leadership Development Academy

January 21, 2026– Centre LifeLink Paramedic Josh Messing completed the Ambulance Association of Pennsylvania’s (AAP) Leadership Development Academy. The 4-month training invites EMS providers to participate in courses ranging from legal matters in EMS, to effective leadership in emergency services; ultimately, encompassing a broad range of skills to educate leadership professionals in the industry.

Josh is the first member from Centre LifeLink EMS to complete the AAP’s program and when asked how he will apply these leadership tools and information in his role at LifeLink, he replied, “After 20 years at Centre LifeLink EMS including 11 serving as a Deputy Chief, I completed the Leadership Development Academy to better serve our community, support our dedicated staff, and help strengthen EMS as a whole. This experience reflects a commitment to continuous growth and a desire to advance my career so I can contribute even more effectively to the service I’m proud to be part of.”
