Centre LifeLink EMS is there when you, your family or your neighbors need help. LifeLink relies on your subscription and donations to be able to provide that help. LifeLink receives no tax-based or municipal financial support. Our operating expenses, of more than $1 million each year, are funded entirely through third party reimbursement, donations and this annual subscription drive. Your LifeLink subscription covers out-of-pocket expenses for our emergency service dispatched through 9-1-1. It also means we will have the funds we need to continue to serve you in your hour of need. The benefits you receive through your subscription are:

• Local emergency service through December 31, 2008
• As a LifeLink subscriber you will have no out-of-pocket expense for covered emergency ambulance service, even if your insurance only pays a portion of the bill or denies the claim. Your insurance (if any) will be billed for services. Whatever your insurance pays us will be payment in full for ambulance service covered under your subscription. Your subscription fee is applied as advance payment of any deductibles or co-payments that you would otherwise be required to pay without a subscription.
• Services covered include emergency transport by Centre LifeLink EMS where we are the closest available ambulance. An “emergency transport” follows a dispatched call through the 9-1-1 center and directed to the closest emergency medical facility. Paramedic services may be covered if available and needed.
• Subscribers also receive a 10% discount of fees for up to three non-emergency van transports per calendar year. LifeLink operates these vans providing non- emergent medically related transportation between medical facilities or between home and a medical facility.
• You save an average of $300 per call for Basic Life Support and more than $500 for Advanced Life Support paramedic services.
